What You Should Know

Setup Time and Recess

To avoid late starts, we recommend that you set up 15 minutes before the session starts. The instructor will be available to help you pre-class (included in price.)
Workshops longer than two hours include a recess of 10 minutes per hour.

Payment Terms

The fee is payable before the first session. You can pay online quickly and securely with Paypal.
All ongoing e-courses require a minimum enrollment to proceed. If minimum enrollment is not met, you have the option to obtain a full refund, or receive a credit towards the next scheduled course. Note: if your selected course does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, all efforts will be made to offer the course within 4 weeks from the original scheduled date.
All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars.
For Canadian clients 13% HST applies.

Hardware and Software Requirements:

Software you wish to learn must be installed on your computer for a hands-on experience.
A USB headset with mike or a phone with speaker is the best for audio quality.
Your computer must have a graphic card that supports the programs you are learning.
